Life in Chicago

As I’ve stated many many times, I have the best girlfriends a lady could ask for.

It has been almost six years since graduating from college and I’ve stayed in touch with many of my friends. There is one group in particular that will always be near and dear to my heart. For the last few years, we’ve gotten together every year. We’ve mostly gone to weddings or we’ve been in the weddings of our friends.

This year no one was getting married, so we decided to have a Mini-break back in our old college stomping grounds. We came from DC, Vegas, Milwaukee and Phoenix and took Chicago by storm!

I just love the city all dressed up for Christmas. Anne and Katie got into the spirit!

We stopped at the Christkindl Market which is an amazing Bavarian Tradition.

Vendors come from Germany and other countries from Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve and set up shop outside in true Bavarian Style!

On Saturday we spent the morning at our Alma Mater.

We took pictures in front of the pillars, which are the hallmark of our school.
