So far, turning 28 hasn’t been so bad! My friend Stacey happens to have June 1st as her birthday and every year we try to host a joint celebration.
This year we waited until the last minute to throw something together. In my opinion, last minute parties tend to be the best!
This year did not disappoint! We ventured to our favorite wine hangout (Postinos). Yummy bruschetta, cheese, pretzels, and delicious wine. Divine!
After our fill of wine, we headed to Cooper Blues, a ridiculously fabulous bar/live music place in downtown Phoenix. Downtown is pretty lame, but Cooper never fails to produce quality people watching. We’re talking Where’s Waldo parties, crazy Jersey Shore types, and creepo guys trying to pick up equally creepo girls. Heaven if you ask me.
If twenty-eight continues like it started, this year will be amazing!
