Life in the Kitchen with Avocados


My love for avocados is not a secret.

I mentioned yesterday that I had enjoyed the tasty treat everyday this week.

My dinner and lunch consisted of this quick little ditty.


A little cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, a shake or two of pepper, and some garlic salt.


Oh, I’m officially on Spring Break!

Off to the pool, don’t be too jealous.
