Life With Music

If you known me for any length of time, you understand my deep deep deep love for music. I’m constantly flipping through the channels on my car radio trying to find new songs.
During one of these commercial breaks, I happened upon NPR. All I heard from the host was this, “The music you listened to when you were 16 is the music you listen to for life.”
Umm, let’s take a look at my 16 year old self’s CD collection.
BOOM!
There’s some other winners in there as well.
Savage Garden
Matchbox 20
Sisquo (Thong Song baby!)
Countless soundtracks including BOTH Titanic soundtracks

Music for life? I think so!

I love that you have o town ha. I didn't think too many people had that! But my music at 16 was about the same choices!

Haha this is too funny! I have been hearing the Backstreet Boys on the radio a lot lately :)

I have an entire playlist dedicated to the music of my adolescence it's pretty fantastic.

hmm, that's an interesting concept. But probably not too far off for me, since I discovered most of my favorite country music when I was 17...before that I lived at home and my Mom is NOT a music fan so we rarely had music around :P

I love Matchbox 20...I actually popped one of their cd's in just the other day. I'm NOT crazy...I'm just a little unwell :).
